AI model for urban walking

We built the world’s first AI model to analyse and predict walking in urban centres. We used this to write NSW’s first Walking Strategy.
$bn infrastructure planning

We managed, led and wrote the strategy that underpins Sydney Metro. It has supported > $20bn of investment.
AI model for urban design and placemaking

We built the world’s first AI model that predicts where people walk and cycle in cities. Our model, C-MAPS, is used to design walkable, cycleable, people-friendly cities.

Procurement Function Transformation

We led the change management that helped transform a >$1bn p.a. procurement function, realising significant quality and efficiency benefits.
Mobility as a Service (MaaS) Strategy

We wrote NSW’s first MaaS strategy. This delivered a high-level operating model and strategic roadmap to guide MaaS implementation and collaboration with the technology and MaaS start-up community.
Zero Emissions Buses SBC Project Management

We supported the development of the Strategic Business Case for Zero Emissions Buses in NSW.
Cycling and Micromobility Strategy

We wrote NSW’s first Cycling and Micromobility Strategy and Strategic Business Case for TfNSW. Working with 6 agencies and 33 Councils, this outlined a 40 year vision to roll out city-shaping safe cycling infrastructure.
AI Pedestrian Safety Tool

We built the world’s first pedestrian safety AI tool. The Pedestrian Safety Assessment Tool (PedSAT) analyses streets and determines risk. This provides robust data to try to reduce the 14%-17% of all fatalities that are pedestrians in Australian cities.
AI to develop place plans

Using our AI models, PAWS and C-MAPS, we helped WSP develop a place plan that optimised cycling, walking and liveability.
Rail Opal Assignment Model

We developed a tool to accurately assess passegner numbers on Sydney’s Trains. The ROAM model uses Opal and actual train running data to accurately calculate passengers on each train, vital information to enable intelligent service planning.
Process review and redesign

We redesigned processes for a client who administers high volumes of applications per year. We used our AI tools to analyse large data sets, identify key relationships and inform the DMAIC redesign.
