Our Story

At Vivendi Consulting we work with our clients to deliver sustained change through structured, evidence-based and collaborative delivery.

We provide ‘Big Firm’ consulting quality and experience with the focus, commitment and reliability of a boutique firm.

Most of us are ex-Big Firm consultants or specialists who wanted to escape the grind to Partner and really make a difference to the businesses we work with.

Our mantra is value:  adding value, creating sustainable value and giving the best value.

Adding value - we believe that in each project we undertake, it’s important to make a real difference.  We can project manage to very best practice, but we want to make sure the client couldn’t do without us.

Creating sustainable value – in every industry, especially government, creating value is crucial.  We ensure that whether it’s building a better community, business transformation, increasing efficiency, improving market share or giving you a competitive advantage, we ensure that our project makes you and your customer better off.

Giving best value – we provide a ‘Big Firm’ service at competitive rates.  We believe that you shouldn’t have to pay the earth to get a high quality service and that people aren’t paying for just jargon. We provide a clear, common sense approach to complex programs and strategies, and measure our success by understaying our welcome, not by how many slides we can produce or how many people we can sell in.

Our company values reflect our ways of working: excellence, integrity and making a difference. These are as important to us as the outcome of every project.
