Zero Emissions Buses - Project Management
Client Challenges:
Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is seeking to transition its entire bus fleet to zero emissions by 2030, a transformational program requiring alignment across multiple complex workstreams. The challenge was to integrate technical, operational, financial, and environmental inputs into a cohesive strategy while ensuring alignment with state government objectives, stakeholder expectations, and Infrastructure NSW assurance processes.

Vivendi Consulting was engaged to provide project management and coordination support for the development of the Strategic Business Case (SBC). Our role focused on integration and alignment between diverse workstreams, ensuring seamless collaboration and strategic cohesion. Key activities included:
Workstream Coordination: Managed the integration of inputs from technical, fleet, operations, and energy infrastructure teams, ensuring consistency and alignment with TfNSW’s strategic objectives.
